>>42284696
that's so dopeness nona good for you!! ;p
you sounded out of breath by the end of this recording were you forgetting when to breathe? this happens to me sometimes when i'm nervous...if not nerves, though, that might also be something to work on.
very cool to have an exercise buddy though!!!!! i wish i had someone like that. i wonder if you'll be doing the same thing i am now lol
>>42284703
oh good! i really liked that recording :) speak however you're comfortable, but i wanted to say that i thought you sounded great there and that if you wanted to you could definitely have a lower voice...i think you may have been pushing just a tad too low and it sounded slightly forced but it sounded easy for you and i liked it a lot. as you were talking about "modify[ing the voice] downward" i thought you sounded best, particularly, i think, at the first syllable of "modify". just food for thought, i suppose.

it took me a minute to find, but we used to have a pasta for resources. last thread (>>42206600) was also very successful and may be worth perusing, if you have the time.
here are some other links which have been floating around lately:
http://lena.kiev.ua/voice/ (this is probably what you want right this moment)
https://sys.4chan.org/derefer?url=https%3A%2F%2Fbuymeacoffee.com%2Falyssavt%2Fno-explanations-instructions-feminizing (i still haven't read through this one but i keep posting it.....le sigh..if you read it tell me whether it's any good i've got to go to work)
https://wiki.sumianvoice.com/wiki/pages/voice-examples/ (this one is for imitation, i think; i have checked it but not too closely)
what you will first want to do is learn how to manipulate your larynx, which is described by Lena above and in some resources below. big dog, small dog, and swallow-and-hold are two easy methods for just starting out.

i ran out of characters, but i also recommend to literally everyone that you should be singing!!!!! it is not targeted practice and thus will take longer than using these resources and trying specific things, but singing will teach you, by its very nature, everything you need to know about your voice, just by the simple act of your doing it. i can't be too wordy now because i do have to go to work but my favorite stuff to sing, and what worked, accidentally, for me many years ago was post-hardcore music. please, please be careful, though, that if you choose to scream you do so SAFELY. this is something you absolutely should look for specific and detailed tutorials on. but the high vocals of post-hardcore music are actually mostly produced through the same sorts of techniques you'll want to use for voice-training.

trying to lower my pitch like 30~hz but still pass as a woman and it is not going well. i just hear a man. let me know what you think, thank you. posted about it in the last thread, this is me trying to do it.

>>42290150
i think this is passing to cis people but clockable to trans people. it sounds good though, maybe just a bit heavy?
>>42290117
sounds good, i don't have any advice about loudness other than trying to sing to strengthen everything.
>>42290025
passes but sounds very small and quiet

very good !! you sound a little hoarse/heavy but its definitely pretty good. a very good job screaming too

>>42291062
honestly i cant say too much with only 6 seconds but it sounds like a good base? honestly though between the accent, shortness, and the fact youre singing instead of talking on the fly, i cant really tell

>>42290923
girl you pass its perfect whatever. i cant be too mean because apparently i voicepass well too but i dont hear anything good ever lmao
>>
>>42292329
lol yeahhh I do have a really raspy voice. I used to smoke a lot of weed and I sang in a metal band in high school. Any tips on the heaviness?

>girl you pass its perfect whatever. i cant be too mean because apparently i voicepass well too but i dont hear anything good ever lmao

i don't know what this means at all :)
>>
>>42292439
it means you sound good and youre delusional for hearing a male voice. the second half is me saying i cant judge you too hard because im the same way i cant ever imagine not a male voice when i hear myself
