We have proofs of humans. Its our current government issued IDs. Sure their may be some fakes and situations where nonexistenting humans are using those IDs, but vast majority of the government IDs system works to prove human. Im referring to the USA, here, idk how euro ID systems work. Our drivers license, passports, etc systems work as a human proof.

We also have identity proofs, as in "you are who you say you are" and this is common across all mainstream platforms. You have a login and password with MFA. Many times you use your google or apple or github or other thirdparty to handle that. These work like password managers, btw but streamlined, managed and more secure which is actually very important due to the bell curve.
