is it true that if my genitals and prostate aren't sensitive and i get srs my neovag will also not be sensitive?

Not really, dissociation affects sensation and the surgery scrambles your anatomy. I have wayyy more sensation post-op than pre.

wow thank you anon this really gives me hope

No matter what the answer actually is, you shouldn't get SRS. It's prone to complications and it never looks like a real vag

Complications aren't inevitable. I had MRSA from shitty postop hygiene + mild granulation, that's all though.

It doesn't look cis unless you go to the stupid expensive US surgeons, or the Thai ones with horrendous recovery. True. But sex is 10,000 times better, it's functional, and it's not a penis. For a lot of girls the tradeoff is worth it.

Fyi - I had so much penile atrophy pre-op I was getting chronic UTIs from the excess foreskin. So whether I got the canal or not, I was definitely getting my shit dissected.
