Izzie from Life is Strange: True Colors was pretty great.
She is expanded more on in other media. But I like that she was able to thread the needle of her trans identity being important to her character, without her being trans being her entire identity.
Unless her being trans is actually relevant to something. She is just treated as any other lesbian character in the series is.
I cannot wait for her book to come out in a few months.

It'd be great if there were more empathetic trans tragedies since that's how like, a quarter of trans people end up but nobody talks about them because they're not hecking wholesome success stories or sexy IRL futas/cuntboys.
You could even mask it in a metaphor of failed self-transformation like a robot trying to become human or something.

Viola from Lady for a Duke is PEAK. Deals with things in an actually super mature way and i really enjoyed it. Isn't about BECOMING trans, is about learning things from it and helping others.
