I'm gonna gym-maxx this year to improve my physique in preparation for surgeries, and I'm wondering what exercises people do to maximize feminization and improve their overall health and physique. Right now I'm focused on targeted exercises and general cardio. I'm also interested in learning about other medications people have taken to improve feminization, as I've read about using glucocorticoids for augmenting breast growth.

>>42311184Every day is leg day. Step ups and leg presses are my favs. LIGHT chest day once a month (seriously three sets of chest presses with moderate weight is all you need).

>>42311248Frankly I am very unversed in the names of specific exercises. My leg muscles are large so I don't want to build more except in my glutes and more so just want to firm them up. Right now I have clamshells, leg lifts, and hip thrusts for my glutes. Upper body I just have situps and some breathing exercises for rib flare.
