Point being that if one takes care of herself and avoids substance abuse, life goes on pretty comfortably.

One. He was my online friend for 5 years beforehand through a fucking mobile game no less. this was before I even accepted that I was trans. When I came out to him he simply accepted me, said "you are a woman" and we continued like nothing ever happened. It was so validating. He never struggled with pronouns, he always called me by my name and he instilled confidence in my ability to transition properly that I couldn't find on my own. Yadda yadda, as I started hrt about a year after coming out (in large part thanks to his encouragement), my feelings for him gradually shifted from best friend to a crush. As it turns out he felt the same.Tldr We're engaged now. We live together and he is the best guy I could have ever hoped for.
