That sounds hella rough, I had a similar family in some aspects too, especially the last point. Take care.

I'm kind of jealous you heard about your schizophrenia diagnosis right away, if I'm understanding you right. I didn't get told until my third episode, and I'm pretty sure my family hiding it from me and gaslighting me about what was going on has ruined any trust I'll ever have for them and made the entire thing worse in general. The doctors are even allowed to lie to you about it here. Hope you make it, and if your family is trying to support you please let them.
