I'm already on 6mg sublingual E daily (Via healthcare)I'm considering adding Gel on top of that to get better levels. Is this a good idea, or will it backfire?

As long as you have >200pg/ml at all times and <50ng/dL you will be good!Just eat well, Sleep well and exercise, the HRT will work.
