>>42324142Removing one testis won't lessen the need for suppression. The testes don't produce testosterone at full capacity in the absence of HRT. They brain signals them to increase production until the brain is happy with the amount of testosterone and/or estrogen it sees. If there is only one testis, then it will compensate for the absent one by producing more testosterone.
my understanding is that your other testicle will compensate for the lack of the other, so you should keep everything the same.source: friend with one testicle
