(the difference is that the work of our gay forefathers has already carved out a societally acceptable space for that personality, so most people don't find it as weird as they do transbians.) and yet we have even more problems that i don't feel like going into, because people have problems. my point is that instead of wishing for this utopia where we're all model citizens, we need to work towards equality and acceptance. cis people must look at us and say "hey this trans person is weird, guess they're just a weird trans person" rather than "this trans person is weird, therefore trans people are degenerates".
