Why does my boyfriend constantly tell me I look like a girl and get mad when I tell him I'm a man, when I so obviously look like a dude and don't pass at all? He always bitches at me when I call myself ugly and I'm at the point now where I just wanna call him a liar.

My hair is dyed and needs a trim. I think I may have fried it, and I'm not sure how to fix that. I might buy an Olaplex hair mask.

If you're in the US get the following treatments
>Elizavecca CER-100 protein treatment
>Olaplex #3
Application steps:
>Olaplex
Every two weeks, wash your hair, do not condition, just barely dry it with a towel until it's wet but not dripping, and then saturate your hair with the Olaplex. You want it to permeate through to all of your hair. Put on a shower cap. Let the Olaplex sit for at least an hour, though you can wait longer and longer is better. It will continue to work until your hair dries out. Then shampoo it out and then condition as usual.
>CER-100 Protein
Every four weeks, after shampooing but before conditioning, saturate your hair with CER-100 and let it sit for 15-30 minutes. You don't want to keep the protein treatment on for too long unlike Olaplex. You don't need to wash this one out, just rinse it really well and then condition after.

You can just do Wash > Olaplex > Wash > Protein > Rinse > Condition once a month once your hair has recovered a bit.

What if I just let it go back to my nature hair, and then redye it again and actually take better care of it this time? For like 6 months, I didn't even use any product on it. Only after my friend told me to, I started using blonde shampoo and conditioner, and that's only been a few weeks.

Your hair looks heavily fried and it would be in your best interests to try and revive what's currently there, because fried hair leads to fragile broken and split ends and split ends make growing hair out hard.
Olaplex isn't cheap so skip that if you have to but CER-100 is like $6 or something. You should at least do a protein treatment like it. Don't overdo it since too much protein makes hair brittle too but it needs some help unless you want to just shave it off and start over.

Your roots are also yellow compared to the ends and purple shampoo isn't going to be as effective there, but I guess just keep it up with the purple shampoo. Purple shampoo can be a little drying sometimes so don't overdo that either.

Ok, I'll look into it, but it'll be a week or more before I can get this stuff.
