Because doctors in the U.S. prescribe ED medication like candy, I can still have sex whenever I like. I think that estrogen should be considered more often for its non-HRT therapeutic qualities.

The breasts are the only thing that makes it visibly obvious you're on E, and you can attenuate that with surgery (or a sports bra). It makes hooking up a little awkward but it's never been a dealbreaker for anyone.I might be lucky, also, since my sisters are pretty flat and I don't seem to be much different after four years.
