Are you forgiving?i'm just mainly very forgiving. i'm not religious but i do something vaguely similar to praying if i'm noticing i'm angry at someone, just meditating for a sec and wishing that i'll be able to forgive them and hoping that i can calm myself down, that usually helps. last time i did that was when my gf was out on a work night and didn't text me at all abt how she was doing until after midnight, like I knew she wasn't doing it on purpose and had just lost track of time so me being angry at her for it wasn't good, i was frustrated about how it was affecting my ability to sleep but just meditating on it for a bit helped.
