Why did the Guardian post this article under “employment law” isn’t the bigger issue here transgender rights?

1) because technically it is an employment law dispute
2) so many of you seriously took the b8 that the left are your friends. they're not and never have been.
>>
>first world problems
I don't know why people there are so stubborn, this could have easily been solved by providing a private space for that transwoman, but I'm pretty sure neither budged, one refusing to listen to the majority, well knowing it is a rigged game, and the others taking advantage of their status.
>>
>>42359038
because realism comes in very short supply with far too many tranners.
>>
>>42359050
That's still illogical, they don't want her there, then it is their duty to provide her with an alternative, but no, it's better to ask daddy government to solve it and create a historical precedent and plastering their faces all over it.
>>
>>42359058
I guessed, I don't even need to lookup the whole story to know she tried to play the victim card, it may work in some cases but against a group of cis women? She should have known better, no one is going to sympathize with her in that case.

Are you new? The BBC and Guardian are transphobic
>>
>>42359070
>but no, it's better to ask daddy government
that's how brits function. On anything.
>>
>>42358989
the "biggest issue" is never transgender rights
>>
>>42359038
they don't want a "private space", they want a space to show their privates
easy mistake to make
>>
>>42359204
They just want to not be treated as a second class citizen for being a tranny
>>
>>42359177
I am aware most people are unfair against transwomen, I know they will do anything they can to make transwomen feel they are not welcome anywhere, but this shouldn't have reached that far, it was an easily solvable issue.
>>42359184
I guess

What is wrong with you?
