i am getting srs in the next year but i am afraid (US) that something is going to happen to make it illegal by some stupid technicality or that my insurance will no longer be allowed to cover it or that if i decide to get it out-of-country they won't let me leave if they see my passport used to have an M and/or that i'm going to Thailand please someone tell me why i'm a complete dumbass and none of this could ever logically happen because i am freaking out over it i just want a vagina that's all i want for the rest of my life i will never ask the universe for anything again
>>42364491It's better to schedule it and have it denied later than to never schedule it at all.I suppose the worst they could do is issue an executive order forbidding all hospitals that accept Medicaid from doing SRS but that would probably get overturned.I got my SRS last October, trump had already been president almost a year and hadn't managed to ban it. If he wasn't able to get it banned in one year I doubt he'll have it done within another year.

>>42367136It's not about what anyone else wants and you can get whatever surgery makes you happy. It's just SRS is usually a bad idea. And no Trump isn't going to outright ban surgery that's just Democrat fear-mongering. Trump will ban HRT for minors and some other stuff as a token gesture but the democrats are just going to reverse all of it in four years. Nothing ever happens.
