I feel like such a hon. I hate how big my shoulders are and I feel like I have a brick-type body. I've been on HRT for a year and I feel like I've seen no changes in my body.

What can I do about this? Is there anyway I can hide my male features and accentuate my feminine features?

i have a similar build to you and pass.
you need to style yourself with fits flattering to an inverted triangle or kibbe FN body type.
this generally means dark colors on the upper body and wide leg or flared high waisted lower garments.
turtleneck sweaters and padded bras should be your best friend. a breast augmentation can offset the impression created by chest and shoulder breadth.
padded lower body shapewear (see brands like SKIMS) can improve your silhouette in dresses or tight fitting clothes.
long, voluminous hair covering your shoulders will also break the visual impression of width.
