Relatively heavy squats, romanian deadlifts and bulgarian split squats made my ass and legs pretty big. Also just eat more food to gain weight.

just add a shake with full fat milk, WPC, a fuck tonne of cocoa powder and nut butter. strained yoghurt, bananas and some sweetener that isn't going to give you diabeetus like alluose
what about the other way though? i started transition as a relatively lean muscular/gym bro build and now im fat as shit what do i do :(
