I wish I had a twink Sonic fan bf. If we can't play SA2 Battle or Sonic Riders multiplayer and snuggle up on the couch while watching the Sonic OVA on a CRT then what's the point of seeking companionship?

>>42387466i really personally don't know which i like best. my very favorite piece of sonic art is probably the adventure key illustration for amy, but i love a lot of sonic graphic design from the first game all the way up to modern stuff, so i have a hard time choosing some stuff over other stuff, sometimes. my favorite sonic stuff is probably... well, it's i suppose mostly centered from 99-06. i really love a lot of the general japanese direction for the presentation of the series and the kinds of showa-era storytelling vibes that jp x, battle for gba, 06 and other games have. i love the characters to absolute pieces and often like some of the really "bad" games from that generation because it is so obvious sonic team have a totally genius approach to modern aesthetic. also i love a lot of the music from all the generations.i grew up with archie and game gear and mega drive games, though lol. i really disliked sonic after feeling like heroes was dogshit and felt betrayed by the series for years and year sup until like 3 years ago when i decided to go back and really look at things from a less sore-feelings autist perspective. which of course became even more autistic as it became good-feelings. again.what got me to turn around was having one of my best friends who lived in brazil to come and live with me and my bff a couple years ago. huge sonic fan and i always was like "i don't want to talk about" sonic with her, but then she wasn't hype for frontiers and i was like *grabs your hand* i am finally going to take the leap so i can save your soul, homie, i know spiritually you want to feel hype as shit and also have hurt feelings about sonic.
