OP. Back in the 70s the paradigm used go state that hrt was a mental health treatment first and foremost. It shifted as people have fought for more rights and the medicine has gotten better, bur the point remains. If you have a tranny brainstructure hrt will basically acta as a super anti-depressant. Give it a try. You can do up to a few months without major changes.
