Being a queer person in ICE is asking to get raped, beaten, or possibly killed or targeted by coworkers, angry leftists, gang members, if you manage to survive you'll definitely get doxxed for taking the job, possibly disowned by your family if you still have them. plus helping the current administration is a risky move.Just avoid it, not worth it.
