What is the problem exactly that all of you are talking about? Estradiol doesn't really do much of anything. You could take it or not take it and still live pretty much the same exact life.Unless you started before puberty or something.If breasts are an issue (and probably shouldn't be since something like 95% of mtfs never get more than an A cup's worth of breast growth) those can be removed by a surgeon in like 5 minutes.

Men and women mostly look different because of whether or not each group went through male puberty.It's tempting to believe each group looks and sounds the way they do because of their respective hormones and puberties, but really it's an asymmetrical situation where male puberty is the one that matters. Female puberty more handles for non-looks stuff like breast growth and menstruation.As a good example of this principle, consider voice. Estradiol doesn't make women sound high pitched. Lack of male puberty does. No amount of estradiol will ever make a man's voice sound different. Testosterone in contrast consistently makes women's voices sound more like men given enough dosing and time.
