>>42402054you are sillymoder >:((((((SINK RATE/PULL UP aka GPWS Mode 1 is about your descent rate when close to the terrain (it can trigger when approximately 2500 feet above the ground or lower as detected by the radar altimeter/GPS), you would not want to turn off your GPWS to avoid this alarm because it is about your NEGATIVE rate of climb juxtaposed to how close you areit is NOT “TOO LOW TERRAIN” aka GPWS Mode 4, it means you are descending to the ground at an unsafe rate!!!!and even if you are flying low, do NOT disable GPWS!! what if you get into IMC, huh???? what then????
