what do I have to do to look as close to this as I can possibly get? Starting RIGHT NOW.

5'10, 124 pounds, enormous ribcage, broad shoulders, flat, on hrt
>>
>>42400547
Train to reduce rib flare. Strengthen core muscles, do breathing exercises, etc.

Exercise will also boost breast growth.
>>
>>42400547
your ribcage is enormous cuz you undereat

take your pills alice
>>
>>42400563
you mean, pec growth? fucking geg. i don't need any help looking like i'm wearing anchor arms
>>
>>42400563
train how? are there specific excercises?
>>42400577
i do shots. how much weight should i try to gain? what specifically should I eat?
>>
>>42400547
rib contour
>>
>>42400591
you're not me! i don't want pecs either though. i want BOOBS
>>
>>42400602
i dont have money for surgeries and if i did i'd get my face done first
>>
>>42400598
relax and go to the gym and eat a lot of protein after
>>
>>42400681
im afraid of going to the gym because i look like a monster and i don't want people to see. i have no idea what to wear either. i see cis women wearing leggings and yoga pants but i can't wear those in public for obvious reasons. But, there has to be some solution to this, right? im not just looking for reasons not to i really want to there are just all these obstacles. What can trans women wear to a gym? How do I solve this problem?
>>
>>42400750
literally just boymode. and go running
>>
>>42400591
No, exercise increases blood flow as well as corticosteroid levels, improving breast growth. Having a healthy body improves transition.

>>42400598
Core strength exercises: situps, planks, crunches
Hip/butt exercises: Leg lifts, clamshells, hip thrusts
>>
>>42400762
i don't boymode im a fulltime girlmoder. boymoding is psychic torture and i won't do it anymore. i have to be myself.

can i run on a treadmill? i really want to do all this stuff so badly im just terrified of being looked at. If I could turn invisible I think I'd go to the gym every day, i just look like such a fucking freak its like painful just to think about.

>>42400765
thankyou for the real answer. thankyou so much
>>
>>42400791
The place in the gym you're least likely to be looked at is on the treadmill. No one is going to interact with you at all, unlike machines or free weights, where there is a SLIM chance someone will. Put in headphones or wear over ear ones and no one will ever talk to you and you will basically be a background character
>>
>>42401539
>The place in the gym you're least likely to be looked at is on the treadmill
not true at all everytime i'm on one of those things there's always some housewife or granny that yapps away at me telling me how they support me in my journey
it sucks to be visibly trans
>>
>>42400765
also increases muscle mass which i really don't need
>>
>>42401539
i don't expect being interacted with im just afraid of being stared at for being a tranny. especially because, what do i wear that's not gonna have a bulge in the crotch?? thankyou for the advice though
>>42401566
does that really happen to you? should i expect that? im visibly trans too. what do you wear??
>>
>>42400791
A lot of younger (think 28 or less) gymgoers of all genders wear baggy clothes to the gym. Get some wide-legged sweatpants and a baggy college logo tee. It’s that simple, no excuses, and nobody will bat an eye, or if they do it’s not because they’re disgusted by your body. You probably just look cute.
>>
>>42401677
>t. cis male who has never actually had to worry about fucking
recommending that trans women go to the gym is genuinely irresponsible
>>
>>42401677
im not worried about the top so much just what i wear on my legs. i dont know how you know that about people looking at me though because i dont look cute i just look like a full on man with anorexia and long frizzy hair. but thankyou.
>>
>>42401697
I’m literally an enbycoping gymgoer on hrt for two years. I go to a 24 hr fitness for poor people multiple times a week. Multiple guys have complimented me or asked for my number, they were all black but that’s just the sociocultural situation I live in :)

OP just wear baggy clothes, they’re trendy and androgynous. Don’t use the locker room, it sucks but it’s better to avoid if you’re this neurotic about being visibly trans.

You WILL feel better if you work out regularly.
>>
>>42401750
Do you just not know how to find underwear or compression shorts that allow you to tuck?
>>
I'm 6ft 267lbs. Should I kill myself?
I'm worried the rope will snap.
>>
>>42401806
if anyone saw my bulge i would be murdered. and it's not really fun to exercise while tucked, honestly kinda hellish. so, like, idk. you must just look like a regular white lady
>>
>>42401608
Repeated, light reps don't increase muscle mass but instead tone existing muscles. You have to exercise to the point of pain to induce muscle growth, and you might want some muscle mass in certain areas like your glutes.

Strengthening your muscles is also really important for correcting rib flare and improving posture.
>>
>>42401832
is it safe to tuck while exercising? i have a ton of bottom dysphoria and i hate looking there or touching there. i only ever touch there when im cleaning with a wash cloth or with toilet paper, basically never just with my bare hands. so i've never tucked before because it just sounds terrifying and i dont wanna have to touch it. i feel like the sensation is gonna be so uncomfortable too that i'll be hyperaware of it all the time
>>
>>42401806
thankyou. thankyou. this helps
>>
>>42400750
Sweatpants and t-shirt
>>
>>42401841
I definitely don’t look like that, and I have worn some stupid fits to the gym.
>bulge
Baggy sweats are really good for this!! Try some on, get them in black, so even if there’s a slight outline it won’t really show.

I’ve given up trying to reason with tgirls with this mindset of self-pitying advicebaiting, but just try it. Please. Before you keep complaining that nothing will work, tucking’s no fun, etc. Go get baggy sweats.
>>
>>42401907
this all seems perfectly reasonable. but we are living in an era when hons have to be able to present proof of srs if a cis woman accuses them of flashing in the locker room, even if they were never in the locker room. the gym just seems inherently dangerous yet completely avoidable
>>
>>42401907
i will get the baggy sweatpants. thankyou

>>42401975
im not going in the locker room. i don't have a deathwish
>>
>>42401907
moreover, you talk about "guys complimenting you" and that's fucking terrifying. that's scarier than a lack of compliments, to me, unless you're at a, like, gay, all male gym. cishet-identifying guys are most likely to murder people like us. and, i'm a total voicehon. a straight guy asking for my number only has the potential for a horrible outcome. if i felt comfortable passing at all, i might use a gym
>>
>>42400547
there’s no way you have a big ribcage at that bmi. Im the same height, have a moderately large ribcage (31in) and weigh 165lbs
>>
>>42401907
>baggy sweats
this is bad advice lol an unstructured pant will make any deviation from flush (the bulge) stand out more.
if you're trying to hide bulge in exercise garments, wearing a gaff is your best bet. short of that, tucking and compression shorts (biker shorts). then add normal exercise shorts over top
>>
>>42402904
Large ribcages can form due to conditions like COPD. It fucking sucks.

t. ribhon doing his best
