>oh cool, a (former?) muslim tranny!
No.
I traveled in the Middle East and I went visiting a beautiful mosque.
I do have a friend from Iran who is a former Muslim tranny though. But she wants to forget all of that part so we don't talk about that too much.

where did you go in the middle east, anon? Mosques are so pretty desu. Something about the aniconism and use of outdoor spaces and the carpets making everything so quiet and meditative. It feels like a worshipful place even though I'm not spiritual

>>

even me as stoopid american, hijabis r fucking beautiful
>>
>>42481049
did you like it?
>>
>>42479359
I'm not a crossdresser, but a guy had me dress in a hijab when I was 15. It was like losing my entire identity and walking around as a new person.
>>
>>42486799
??how did that happen? how did u feel when it happened? why did u agree to it
>>
>>42486838
It's a really long story. Hooked up with a kid a little older than me who introduced me to the guy. They were both Middle Easterners. The guy had a thing for boys but he also liked to have me wear a Hijab when his friends came over. I always felt like I was someone different, that anything I did wearing it wasn't me doing it. I liked the feeling, but I was sort of under this guy's "spell".
>>
>>42488651
how has ur life been since then? are u trans now? if ur future partner asked u to wear a hijab for him would u do that
>>
>>42489571
I'm not trans but have dressed for a partner. I'm bi but probably leaning towards gay and a bottom. And the guy gave me a kink for hairy ethnic guys like pic related (but not looking like he was just pulled from a hidey-hole.)

>anon got Saddam'ed

>>
>>42491442
well. i look like that. except not as old and im muscular lol. ive always wanted a partner who i could put in a hijab cuz i think its hot asf.
>>
>>42481211
Yeah, that's basically how it went. Usually tourists are exempt but not in that place in particular.

>>42483706
I've been to Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Morocco, Egypt and UAE so far. Will be going to KSA this summer.
I've also been to Central Asia (except Turkmenistan) and Indonesia. I've visited most of the Muslim world by now. I'm still irrationally afraid of visiting Pakistan even though it's more trans-friendly than KSA or UAE.
I totally recommend the mosques in Iran.

>>42484403
Didn't like it but didn't hate it either. It was a bit eery because I didn't expect it to happen.

>>42481372
Omg yes <3
Bought one of those outfits from Uzbekistan (in Persian model, more colorful).
>>
>>42492743
are u muslim? why do u wanna visit all the muslim world for? ive been to mecca and the mosques there are simultaneously amazing and also kind of sad. aside from the biggest mosque at the kaaba and in the immediate area, a lot of the other ones are relatively empty except for friday prayers.
>>
>>42493126
>are u muslim?
Nope. Never have been. But I'm fascinated with religion and religious systems from a secular/agnostic perspective.
I also treasure hunt churches in Europe.
>why do u wanna visit all the muslim world for?
Part what I mentioned above and partly because I have the opportunity. I work in tech logistics. And the best contracts are now in the 2nd and 3rd world. So while I'm traveling, why not enjoy it too?
Love the bazaars in the muslim world too.
>Mecca
Yeah, it will be a challenge to get in there. I haven't established an itinerary yet.
>>
>>42493179
There's only 1 way to get into mecca as a woman. You'd have to be muslim. And usually they give trouble to people they question. but if ur with ur husband then you'd be fine.

what is it about islam that fascinates u? have u also been to places like the vatican
>>
>>42493179
>I'm fascinated with religion and religious systems from a secular/agnostic perspective.
Don't wanna be weird about it but I think we'd be a match desu
>>
>>42492743
I'm literally so jealous I wanna go to Iran really bad, but it's not easy as an American from what I've read. I hope you have a good time in Saudi Arabia, I think you can at least go to Madinah as a tourist. I love all the historical stuff, but I know they have been removing a lot of it :/
>>

Looks something like picrel (this exact model) but includes hijab and face cover as well. It's modular, so I use it without the hijab in my European country as well. Always turns heads on the street.

>>42493463
Yeah, as American tranny I totally wouldn't recommend right now.
My passport is in neutral-ish relations with the regime so it's usually easier. But right now it would be quite a hassle even for me. They reintroduced a visa regimen with onerous requirements. Le sigh.
>>
>>42493205
I fully do intend to try with my husband, yes. See if we can pass as Muslims lol.

>have u also been to places like the vatican
Of course. Though of Christendom the churches in France and Germany are more fascinating to me. And in Eastern Orthodoxy there are some stunning pieces of architecture that mog the Vatican easily.
I recommend the Latin Cathedral in Lviv. Or any nominally Catholic church in the historical region of Galicia (now spanning over 4 countrie). Those ones are de facto Eastern Orthodox but canonically Roman. The blending is fascinating both in architecture and in ritual.

>what is it about islam that fascinates u?
The factionalism. I'm sure you know there's more than Shia and Sunni. And the way so many schools of thought managed to evolve in creating entirely different (and routinely conflicting) civilizations is fascinating.
We weren't born to see the reformation of Christianity. But we may be just in time to see the early seeds of such thing happening to dar al-Islam.
My fascination is one of an intellectual fashion (think comparative religion) rather than emotional or ethnic (I don't have Middle Eastern roots, neither does my husband).
Also Islamic family law is particularly fascinating (especially how it's radically differently interpreted across geography).
>>
>>42488651
wow that's really hot
>>
>>42495815
this is low effort pattern other picture has embroidery
>>
>>42496139
Yes, but IRL the more colorful ones look much nicer. And I am picky with embroidery (chalk it up to weird taste).
Also, it's winter so my summer colorful Central Asian clothes aren't easily available to me. And I'm lazy to look up in Cyrillic pics haha.
>>
>>42496052
Technically it was a niqab because the only thing that showed was my eyes. Made it nice because I felt anonymous.
