How do you know if you have dysphoria or not
>>
>>42556993
How does it feel when you’re called your name and referred to as he/him
>>
I mean, once you feel it you'll know it, it's just horrible and fills your head with bad thoughts
I'm an enby girlboy, so I'm feeling it most of the time
Hope you don't feel it so often as I do, stay happy and well :)

You know when you get your heart broken and it feels like your heart is splitting into two halves? Like that.
>>
>>42556993
usually: disassociation from the self and misattributing distress to comorbidities like autism and depression
>>
>>42557170
Nothing, really.
>>42557198
I don't think I disassociate but I'm not exactly completely in touch with reality either.

How do you feel about your body like do you ever just stare at the mirror analyzing your most male features and then start crying or just have a bad mood for the rest of the day once you see it
>>
>>42557286
Sometimes reminding myself of my female features will make me break down and completely destroy my mental state, but usually I just try to ignore my sex characteristics and focus on whether or not I look presentable.
>>
>>42557520
Oh yeah you’re dysphoric you can either transition now or rep don’t have kids if you rep tho
>>
>>42557563
I started taking testosterone irregularly almost two years ago but I haven't really tried to work on anything since then.

It's not like that. If you feel discomfort in your gender that discomfort is called gender dysphoria. It's not a *thing* like asthma or cancer or something, it's an unrequited desire. It's also complete bullshit and you should get over it. You can't always get what you want.
>>
>>42557671
How do you cure it then girl
>>
>>42556993
if you don't already know you're an idiot. everyone is fucking INSANE about gender dysphoria everyone is obsessed with it and constructs these elaborate bizzare nonsensical definitions of it and makes desperate excuses to try and claim they don't have it and jump through huge leaps of logic. it's not some magical thing. no one is born with some god-given divine knowledge like "oh yes, my soul has been endowed with Gender Dysphoria" like it's some mystical force. you people are all fucking idiots!!!

Dysphoria is just the opposite of euphoria. Do your body's sex characteristics upset you? If yes, then you have gender dysphoria. Does being seen and referred to as your AGAB upset you? If yes, then you have gender dysphoria. If no to these things, then you don't. It's that simple. There are no ifs ands or buts it is EXTREMELY simple.

curious why you chose a still from mulholland drive?

The big problem with defining dysphoria as any dislike of my female sex characteristics is that they just don't have any effect on most of the time. They might disturb me occasionally but for moat of my life they haven't really, truly upset me.

I'm a fan of Lynch, though I probably should have gone with an Inland Empire still instead since I prefer it much more.

How do I know if my body's sex characteristics upset me? I genuinely struggle to determine that.
Depending on how I define what it means for them to "upset me", I can answer the question both ways
