had like months long gender crisis yr ago when i thought i was trans (ftm) then genuinely turned off the screen and don't have dysphoria. did this happen to anyone else or i was just a fake tranny

if you don't have dysphoria you're not transsexual, and transitioning is therefore optional, imho. if you don't feel any need to transition then it'll make your life easiest not to.

You did not have dysphoria, you were in a bad mood and hated yourself. There are plenty of reasons to hate being a woman, plenty of reasons to hate being a man. Being transgender is not about hating yourself, and it's not about claiming to be the opposite sex. It's a series of decisions, actions, and behaviors you perform because of your sense of self and place in society in relation to your sex.
You are not transgender, you're just a modern woman, and there's nothing wrong with that. Do better things for yourself instead of worrying "if you are trans"
