i started a new job a few months ago, and everything seemed mostly normal until one day one of my male coworkers came in in a dress. since then he's been doing this maybe 60-70% of days.

now i know what youre thinking, "nona are you misgendering a hecking vxlid transwoman??" well i now know that i am absolutely not. he presents with a male name and male pronouns (i found this out during a work presentation). he is easily over six foot (idk his exact height), is flat bald and perpetually has a short beard / extremely strong stubble. he is literally a man in a dress.

i dont know how the fuck he can deal with the embarrassment from literally presenting as a man in a dress but whats even weirder is how he fucking GLARES at me. i pass fairly well to cis people but i know im no gigapassoid, and whatever crossdressing/sissy forums he frequents seem to have given him a good enough tranny radar to clock me. because he fucking LOATHES me. every time we have to work together its the cold shoulder, every time im behind him he doesnt hold the door, like i said the glares...

tttt wyd if you had to deal with a crossdressing coworker who hates you for being prettier than them (mostly because the bar for that is in the fucking dirt)

also he uses he him pronouns do not dignify him by comparing him to trannies

Is he really trying to be pretty? Could at least put on a wig and have a shave if that what he wants. Maybe he is just curious about you and a jealous because he didn't have the chance to transition young and pass, maybe he is attracted to you? Although I think being a proud transvestite is kind of based (you never hear that word anymore there used to be a clear and very important distinction between transgender and transvestite).
Just be nice and professional? Unless he's being creepy or rapey and harassing you then it's probably best to just do your job and fuck off home at the end of the day you are there to make money not be friends with co workers. other than that your options are call him out directly or talk to your manager/HR about it if it's making you that uncomfortable.

I fucking hate every shortshit who compares stature to:
>he presents with a male name
>male pronouns
>is flat bald
>perpetually has a short beard / extremely strong stubble.
>he is literally a man in a dress
KYS.
I'm on her side. I hate you too.

no, he's not even remotely trying, thats what perplexes me. why do u care abt me so much when you're quite literally just crossdressing? he wouldnt pass but he could look perfectly respectable if he actually effortmaxxed.

if youre that freakishly tall by female standards you really need to put the effort in to be respected. height makes everything else worse. its not fair that some people just get fucked by genetics but you have to play the cards youre dealt. if that offends you you might just need to make peace w the fact that ur ngmi <3

So okay, story time. This new gen-z (queer) joined my job a few months ago. I know some are puritanical but everything seemed so fine at first. Now sometimes I come in dressed up all cute to work. I put my dress on and do my makeup all fresh. I do this often my other coworkers accept me, I'm gay out and proud. But I guess this new hire wasn't expecting that?
Cause- this bitch! They started sneering at me. Everyone saw it too I was talking with my bestie in law on break and we can't figure out this bitch's issue.

I'm not sure why either? They have that GNC vibe too - or transsexual. I can't really tell. But you just know they think they are fish, acting like they are I. T. (capital Tea)... I'm not blind, I see that hip sway. They shut up around me but I hear that fagcent. But UGH. They are one of those bottoms who act all highschool mean girl that's better than you.
I thought we could be friends but they are just so mean for. NO. reason.

And don't get me wrong I love me some competition. But they are just such an ass it's not even fun. tho like girl sometimes I can't tell if you're giving me the side eye or if your makeup is that asymmetrical...

wwyd if you had to deal with this? I don't want to cause an issue with HR but I just can't stand them. Maybe they could schedule us on a different day?
