env que it's okay. high crime rate will high crime rate, but the majority of men here are "anything I would fuck is a woman" type straight, and having been here my whole life, the metro area is completely fine as long as you aren't a retard and go into bad areas/look for trouble.

tl;dr, you are a woman in a latinamerican country, be careful and you'll be okay. the trans healthcare center (SINGULAR) here has long wait times but it's manageable too, as is diy if you're into that
