>>42667860ermm not a good idea to be anorexic because life sucks when ur anorexic and there are better ways. hopefully some of this helps u:1. most preferable way is to DIY like others say, if you can't DIY then you can also consider buying phytoestrogen stuff and saw palmetto DHT blockers on amazon, phytoestrogens dont contribute to higher estrogen levels they only have estrogenic effects. if that still isn't possible then,2. spearmint gum and tea reduce testosterone, have them as frequently as possible and eat less red meat and more onions and stuff because it has some phytoestrogens and,3. if u punch yourself in the nuts(seriously) probably at least a few times a day(u should feel some pain in ur stomach when u do it that's how u know it's working) it damages their ability to make testosterone and just keep doing that over time but idk if u should do that since u said they check ur blood levels.
