I really like the name Lilith. It’s meaning, sound, feeling, everything.

I really hate how stereotypical is is though. What would you think of a trans woman named Lilith?

Does anyone have any advice?
>>
yes you should pick a different name
>>

If you like it just go with it. Who fucking cares.
>>
>>42682247
I like it but its very unfortunate connotations/stereotyping unfortunately have to be considered
>>
>>42682247
never heard of a lilith who was cis, so if it bothers you that your name gets you clocked then switch it, if not then keep it

why are trans women so obsessed with uncommon mythological names?
>>
>>42682361
Lilith is objectively an awesome name.
>>
>>42682247
all trans women I've known called lilith I've known were gross sex freaks

this
sorry nona it's the single most agp name ever. i really hated my deadname because it was a punchline, i can't imagine picking a name that is
you can definitely use a less clocky name as your legal name and still have other trannies know you by lilith i guess if you want
>>

>i really hated my deadname because it was a punchline
Dick?
>>

Really, depends.

It basically forces you to be openly trans. Realistically, even if you're the luckiest luckshit ever, you'd be clocked immediately by anyone even remotely familiar with trannies. Not that there's anything inherently wrong with that, it all depends on your personal safety and the safety of your loved ones as a result.

If you want to fully pass, the appropriate name's pretty imortant. A good advice I've heard on how to pick one is to google "popular names [your birth year]" and pick from there. You could also find your deadname there and go to the corresponding number in the list for the opposite gender.

In general, I like that name too, but weigh your options.

not like i'd confirm it but it's a more uncommon name which is more likely to be associated with some negative stereotypes like lilith, not a name that's easy to make fun of in and of itself. punchline probably wasn't the best word to use there

Nah just call yourself Lilice
Become the Rust programmer tranny acme: Lilith + Alice
>>
>>42682646
Alith is better
Sounds like Daffy Duck's attempt at saying Alice
>>
Name yourself Ingrid it's almost the same thing
>>
>>42682627
Thank you for the advice Anon. I’ll try that strategy to look at some more names
>>
>>42682650
Alith actully would be a pretty cool name if it was a real one.

:(
>>
do what you wanna do
if you are giving so much of a shit what others think don't become a tranner
>>
>>42682247
do not call yourself lilith for the love of God you will be clocked immediately

choose something other people your age are called
>>
>>42682247
Do whatever you want.

But it's objectively a bad name if you ever want to pass though. So consider that.

Like imagine getting a job somewhere that's full of normies cuz you have to survive and seeing Lilith pop up on emails and being surrounded by other women who have absolutely nothing close to that name. It might feel good choosing it as a form of reclaiming your identity or independence, but among society it's going to feel very isolating and othering.

Alternatively you get hot enough and stream on twitch or start an OF or be some influencer. At that point it wouldn't matter, but that's a huge gamble

alith ith already a name?

>Luna, Lilith, Artemis, Aurora BrightMoon, Poopoo MorningStar, Doodoo IvoryPee

yes pick a name that was popular in your country in your year of birth not like one of the top 10 but like 20th-100th most popular. or ask your parents what they would have named you

>or ask your parents what they would have named you
