I have noticed that the people who currently transition tend to be people with little to no interest in actually having biological children likely because people who actually want children today are much less likely to start HRT (i myself never got close to starting and later lost interest).Some people might cope with "i have banked my sperm" but it's very rare for that to actually be utilized. It's not a practical option for having children.

I am technically going the vulvoplasty route instead of a full vaginoplasty cause I'm primarily just interested in fingering/rubbing and cunnilingus, but the idea of a vulva under my dick is far more appealing to me than the sad scar left behind from an orchi, which is what has deterred me from getting one thus far.
