Most of those who end up objectified to harm trans healthcare seem to be the pediatric transitioners who went the medical route and had genuinely idiotic doctors. I’ve also seen smaller patterns in adults, people who were sexually assaulted after transitioning, people who claim hallucinogens cured them, and, like other anon mentioned, a few who were aggressively “trutrans”.

i dont rly understand what u mean here? detrans isnt always a poltical thing. it seems me that its most common among ftm's who belive gender dysphoria/euphoria isnt a requirement to be trans.

it's interesting to me how use of this word has changed over the years. up until ~10 years ago I called myself transsexual before transgender most of the time. it was simply the word for what I was when I was coming out. but this transmedicalist shit has simply made it too toxic, and it has a bunch of connotations it didn't before. It's a shame.

I grew up with transsexual

I think it only makes sense to use the word transexual if you are fully medically transitioning. I personally don't like that word. Sounds worse then transgender and I'm not a big fan of that word either. I also don't think it makes someone true trans or fake trans. I think you're true trans if you stick to your new identity and keep on being trans despite anything. You're only fake trans if you detroon.
