6'0" / 6'1" (honestly idek im not trying to lie about height here), was 187 back in September but am down to 159 right now. Shooting for 155lbs. For reference it's been just over 4 years on hormones but for most of it I weighed way more. Idk if im weightcycling or anamaxxing or wtf im doing but I'd like to get more fit / toned. All my cis friends are either not physically active or athletic freaks of nature and they're also like 80% moids so this board is my best bet I think. Anyone have any recommendations re:routine to look better / be more toned?
