im bricky as fuck and i wanna stop eating again. last year i did omad for a couple months and didnt even notice any weight loss but i wanna try again anyway. every time i see how wide i am in my mirror i want to rope.
Get high volume low calorie foods(vegtables, lower sugar fruits, greek yogurt, sugar free jello, water based soups, whole grains, popcorn, white fish) , its very hard to eat less so fight it with brute volume.
