What I drink does depend on mood, weather, what I'm eating, etc. I'm drinking white Burgundy tonight because I wanted something that's both refreshing and rich.Outside of the comfort aspect I've studied different wine qualifications and I especially enjoy blind tasting. Doesn't necessarily involve picking out individual flavours but it certainly helps you figure out what's in the glass.Do you drink wine at all?

Completely changed my perception of what wine was. Remember trying a wine that tasted like raspberry juice and bubblegum and I was hooked. I actually drink more traditional wines now but I'm always exploring at the same time.Depending on where you live, I'd recommend seeking out a wine bar. It's more expensive than buying bottles to have at home, but the quality of wine will probably be better than what you get in the supermarket and you can try different stuff by the glass. Just go there and tell them you're new to wine and interested in trying stuff.

They don't need to run at full speed to keep the drive cool so I made a small mod board that uses a temperature sensor to control the speed of the fans.
