Like I'm not remotely "overly sensitive" I am significantly more resilient mentally (and honestly physically) than most men I've met, even at 11 months HRT. It's not a sexual fantasy; I, at worst, consider it to be a coping mechanism for CSA in that I can't handle having my gender or phenotypic appearance associated with that of my abusers, which isn't sexual but rather likely derived from something like PTS.
I don't really think I deserve this insane level of societal hatred for being fucked up because of traumas I got hit with when I was 5/7/17 especially when I still perform the expected male role of societal cannon fodder.
