i want to transition and i would be only interested in girls but i hate transbians so much. i hate it even more that i wouldnt be any different from those i hate. id still be annoying and a geek and have mental problems and make my community look worse by existing. also the thought of being the "trans one" in the family alongside my annoying cousin i hate fills me with way too much dread. how do i get over this?

You haven't got a clue why you have a visceral sense of anger and disgust and frustration for trans people, you will absolutely come up with a novella worth of post hoc justifications and bs the moment you've read this, but it's almost definitely a knee jerk reaction unless a cross dressing priest beat you as a child or something
The only sustainable solution is to recognize that "the bad ones" are few and far between and that the people who make an issue about them are jerks trying to displace some problem in their lives. In every social group people are worried about "the bad ones". But you can't make your whole world about fighting the bad ones because they aren't the majority and if you look for them you WILL find them and you will trap yourself in hell trying to "fight the good fight". And it's in vain because there will ALLLLLLLLLLLLWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYS BE BAD GUYS. You can't worry about that. Just don't be bad yourself and stop helping the people who only fight bad guys to fight inner guilt from making everyone miserable.
