A surgeon can't scale his practice infinitely, he only has two hands and 24 hours in a day. He can hire junior surgeons, but he needs enough OR time for them all to operate. So he raises his price per surgery until he nearly can't fill all his spots. The price will rise and it will have nothing to do with my comments.
