I am a gamp and love my girlfriend of 3 years more than anything in the world. I buy her everything she's willing to ask for (hard to convince her to accept gifts), will be giving her all the money I've made working towards her surgeries, and I plan to marry her once she graduates. I've done my absolute best to give her all of the normal experiences, first kiss, first time, going out on dates, etc., and done so as romantically as possible because I genuinely care for her. None of that mentions emotional support. I have never lost one ounce of patience for her, or judged her in any way. Where does the idea that chasers are all bad people come from? Bad apples? Psyop?
