I did some reading and it seems even the best surgeries available can only do so much and can carry significant risks. I think if you truly committed to the whole thing, it would cost an absolute fortune, take a long time and leave you dissatisfied after it all anyway.

Even if you were to solely focus on breasts, you can't guarantee a good result, male or female. :(
