Just do orthotropics. It's basically a similar procedure as wearing bracelets as you are slowly bending your jaw forward with no surgery. I am doing it now and I already made a lot of progress with it.Some people like to use only their tongue but you can get something like this printed from a doctor for wearing it at night.
