i USED to be a super woke anti-racist transgirl but I started a FWB relationship with a black transwoman and she radicalized me into antisemitism/racism against other groups, etc,did anyone else have this experience with dating black people? you'd expect them to be woke but they really influenced me into a blood and soil mindset, but in a way it's made me less racist at black people knowing her, but more racist at everyone else.

You learn tiny bit of history or political theory and then think that perspective is infallible and then when you are proven wrong you disregard the entire thing and adopt the new perspective in the same way. If you were able to hold multiple conflicting perspectives at once you would be able to revise your systems of thought as you integrate new information without it effecting your ego. It shows you were only parroting rehtoric and not critically thinking
