>mfw want to go to the gym
>sister is helping me fix my hair
>literally have no clothes
what should i even wear under my hoodie
>>
>>42980385
tank top, sweatpants. doesn't really matter. you're going to the gym to workout, not to look good.
>>
>>42980385
chastity cage
>>
>>42980446
i dont want to make people uncomfortable or get put on one of those trannyhate tiktok accounts
why a tank top instead of a t shirt? is that better under a hoodie?
>>
>>42980704
why is this a concern unless you have insane honkers?
just wear a compression top or sports bra under a loose hoodie retard
>>
>>42980712
but those are uncomfortable and its bad to compress them
>>
>>42980773
you either compress them to some extent or don't hide them?
literally what alternative is there?
i'm not saying to straight up bind, but toss on a sports bra or tight undershirt like a normal fucking person
>b-b-but that's a patriarchal societal standard normalizing women to do that!!
wow! good thing that's completely irrelevant to why you need to do this!
>>
>>42980385
loose sweatpants and a baggy tshirt retard
>>
i'd want someone to send me that.
in fact, i'll send gf.
>>
>>42980794
why cant i wear a normal bra
>>
>>42981219
because a normal bra is designed to provide support to the breasts by propping/holding them up, thus making them MORE prominent during anything other than cardio (because of the bouncing, which is still a problem with 90% of non-sports bras)
you are ADDING fabric and stiffness under baggy clothes by wearing a standard bra, and limiting movement moderately
on the other hand, a normal sports bra, by design, makes the breasts less prominent/visually flattens (without significant compression, sports bras are not binding, cis women wear sports bras for 40 years without nerve damage, you are schizo for avoiding using one), stops them from moving around as much, and is very literally designed to be used for this purpose (to reduce visibility and impact from breasts on exercise)
you still haven't elaborated a single time. if you are intentionally trying to hide your tits in public - at the gym no less - why would you not wear a sports bra or tight undershirt? what is the issue? don't have either? countries vary, but if you're in the first world, skip the department store anxiety i'm guessing you have and walk into any random dollar store and buy one for $5
>>
>>42981315
i just hate wearing polyester/nylon stuff it's not very comfy at all
and idk i tried wearing a sports bra once and it felt way too tight
the only bra i have thats even kinda comfy is a normal one
>>
>>42981315
if somebody sees you have a sports bra on they're going to know you think you're a girl
that could be really embarrassing
>>
also i still dont really understand bra sizing because idfk if i should add +4 or not
>>
>>42982677
..and if someone sees you have a regular sports bra on they're going to as well? and this is about which is less noticeable under a hoodie? isn't being this retarded more embarassing?
>>42982556
if it felt way too tight, probably the wrong size! just like any bra! should be like a hug, keeps things in place but becomes unnoticeable after a bit of wearing it
admittedly you'll have to skip the dollar store strategy to avoid polyester/nylon, but natural fiber options exist for sports bras and are easy to order online!
obviously wool is gonna be the most beneficial all around, but unless you walk to-and-from the gym and live somewhere cold, cotton is totally fine too (all the anti-cotton shit is just so you don't freeze to death on hikes since it traps sweat, totally fine as a base layer otherwise) it's just gonna be more annoying than wool
>>
>>42982912
my point is if you don't wear bras you don't have to worry about people thinking you think you're a girl
>>
>>42982950
i mean yeah unless you have giant honkers at the gym which was the entire point of this discussion in the first place appreciate your cutting edge sociological insight though
>>
>>42982912
yah i guess it mightve been the wrong size idk
my problem with the polyester/nylon bras are that they just sort of irritate my skin a bit i guess, just uncomfy and you dont stop noticing them
are wool ones actually a thing? i thought theyd be too scratchy or need to be blended with synthetic stuff to be durable
>>42982950
if i have a foid haircut i think itll look weird if i show up trying to look like a guy, i was just gonna exercise in a neck gaiter type thing and not speak to anyone
im a bit of a fridge ig but im only kinda tall at 5'8, idk if its a bad idea
>>
>>42983099
they sure are! you're right that a lot of them are blends, but that's exactly what helps make them less scratchy if anything, and most on the market are merino wool which is pretty durable. and all still sweat wicking, anti-bacterial, and doesn't get stinky, even in most conventional blends!. don't get me wrong the cashmere stuff is very soft and much less scratchy but that's a very expensive sports bra at $75-150 USD. if you're really skimp on cash, 1 or 2 and handwashing between gym sessions might be the move. if you're a little more flush and super concerned about irritation as you seem to be, find an online retailer and order 4 or 5 various sports bras (after getting a better idea of your size!) with different fabric blends, then you can stick to that 4eva
>>
>>42983043
you can just claim it's a gynemastic
>>
>>42980385
I went to the gym with my big sister once and some black employees started following me around and watching while I walked on the treadmill...
>>
>>42983395
ill look into it anon but also why do you type like that? it sounds like an ad read..
