So me and my ex broke up a little over 6 months ago now and I started going on dates with other people, but I still think about my ex all the time.

Is this unfair to the people I go on dates with? It's not like I will ever get back with my ex or anything he moved over 100 miles away. I just feel kinda shitty I still think about him when I'm trying to find a new partner.

Eh, keep dating unless you find it’s getting between you and potential new partners. New people will probably dip out if you don’t seem engaged, or they’ll let you know if they feel like you’re treating them unfairly

I saw picrel and thought this was a Peruvian boy story update

Same, I'm disappointed

If you and the ex were together a long time and spent a lot of your time together it's only natural you think about life in reference to him. It is what it is, spend time with yourself and others enough and you'll forget how much you couldn't forget him

Yeah, if its not a LARP then the OP might never be back unfortunately. Or we'll get one in 3 months or longs.

The phrase "The one that got away" exists for a reason. Most people have one person from their past they will never get over.

I'm happy to hear this is somewhat normal at least
