I'm a crossdresser and half the shit I buy doesn't fit correctly. Do I just roll with it. I guess shit with long sleeves specially due to heigh+back/shoulder size. skirts are fine, tops without sleeves are fine. Sometimes dresses won't reach the waist and will sit in my underbust (xd). Also I feel like a sissyboy typing this. Doesn't necessarily seem solvable because higher sizes usually are for heavier people and the sleeves and waist line placement dont scale with size. Some food for thought.

learn to sew or get a tailor to adjust
this isnt a crossdressing problem per se, this is a modern clothing issue where nothing quite fits anyone's body.

you can also get clothing custom made to begin with. look for made-to-order clothing.
