I'm looking to get a femboy physique - that basically means to me:
>toned overall
>toned abs/ defined slim tummy
>filling out/widening the hip dips to make a smoother curve
>bigger ass
Is there a good routine for this? I see people recommend cardio a lot but I'm not sure if cardio is the most effective approach unless it's a specific type of cardio that targets areas, like rowing for upper body and cycling for lower
pic somewhat related but more ottermode

fork putdowns until failure + walking, running, biking, swimming until you die

Are you fat or skinny right now?

My huge ass routine is:
Back hyper extensions with a glute focus,
Bulgarian split squats, and hip thrusts or glute bridges.

For hips do hip adductors and abductors, clamsheslls. Plus some of the things I mention for ass will help too.

For abs do Russian twists, Infinities, crounches, plank, and moon bycicles.
captain’s chair leg raises can also help abs and hips.

To get skinny, track your calories and try to eat 500~ cals less a day than you normally do.
Plus some form of cardio. Swimming is the most intense with the least distance but running, biking and sex works too.

Remember to eat health non-fatty/fast food with protein and carbs.

I've got more fat than I want - I know how to lose weight and was previously doing an upperbody focused routine, but then a wrist injury hit and refuses to leave. I decided to pivot since I need to get back to the gym.

I've looked into hip abductor to round out the hip dips but it seems like they don't actually do that :(

my current workout routine for legs is:
day 1
- b stance hip thrusts 3x10
- romanian deadlifts 3x15
- lunges 3x10 (5 each leg alternating)
- clamshells 3x15

day 2
- bulgarian splits squats 3x15
- sumo squats 3x20
- donkey kicks3x15
- clamshells 3x15

i also do abs 4 days a week and walk 3 miles everyday. from what i can tell these are the most recommended exercises to build a big butt. u have access to a gym (im much to brainwormed to go :/) u should do the abductor machine instead of clamshells and cable kickbacks instead of donkey kicks. i don’t so i just use ankle weights for those. also if u want more of an upper shelf and smaller legs try to focus on exercises that target the glute medius.
