One month on HRT (Estradiol Valerate, 10mg/mL, injecting 0.2 mL once a week). Current levels are Estradiol at 113 pg/mL (previously 24 pg/mL) and Testosterone at 58 ng/dL (previously 449 ng/dL).
I don’t really know what these levels mean, and my PCP is just ordering the tests for me and don’t really know anything about transition (I’m getting HRT through PlannedParenthood instead of my primary provider).
All that to say: how does this look? Is this good for 1 month in? I haven’t noticed any real changes, not that I expected any so soon. I probably take a little more than 0.2 mL just because I want to make sure there aren’t any air bubbles.

If I got this right, you're injecting 2mg of e valerate per week. This is very low, you'd want a mg/day of your injection cycle with valerate. Also, it has very pronounced peaks and troughs, and your e level is pretty much exactly what would be expected at that dosage at peak. You should have the test on the day you'd be injecting again, before injecting, otherwise the values are useless.
That aside, if these were trough value, your e would be a little low, you'd want 200pg/ml and your t a little high, you want under 50ng/dl. Also it's not really useful to get a blood test one month in, it will take about three months for your levels to stabilize. Make the necessary changes, wait three months and then test again

Yeah, I figured it wasn’t much use. I just had an appointment for another reason and figured I’d ask for a test just to see my progress. It was neat seeing almost a 400 ng/dL drop in testosterone.
I have a follow up with PP in May, where I plan to ask for increasing my dosage. Maybe ask for a higher concentration, I’d prefer not to have to be doing larger volumes just because it seems unpleasant. The volume I inject now is fine.
I don’t know if they do EEn, but would it be worthwhile to ask? I’ve seen people say it does well on a once a week cycle. I prefer that just because it means I can do it on the same day and not have to worry about missing or forgetting.

You can get away with really low doses of cypro and should try. I was on 6.25mg every two days for years and my t was suppressed fine. Maybe try a higher starting dose for a month, like 12.5 a day to get hpg suppressed as Spiro doesn't do that, but take as little as possible as soon as possible

Just got my blood tests back after switching to injections and my E levels came back at 481H. This was about the middle of the week (do my injection Saturday night and took levels on Wednesday) so it’s not even my peak and I just wanna make sure this is still decent for feminization since I heard having high levels can stall breast growth which I rlly rlly don’t want since I’m eating extra rn to gain weight. Weird thing for me ig is that I’m taking ~0.3ml at 20mg/ml once a week which I don’t think should give me that high of levels. I do sometimes go up to 0.31 or 0.32 which could affect it but it really shouldn’t I don’t think?

How long does it take for hrt to leave my system? I'm currently going to go off it long enough so my sperm come back in order to freeze it, I was on 12.5mg of cyproterone acetate every two days and 6mg of estradiol valerate (sublingual) daily for a bit over three months but I figure it's best to get it frozen now instead of having to wait longer when I'm further in my transition, I'm pretty sure I'll have to go off it for longer the further in I'm in so it's best for now.

if i’m understanding things correctly, i’m suppressing t well, and can stand to let it increase a little, worst case scenario, as long as i keep it under 50 ng/dL. my e is very high, and i can stand to let that get lower without any real harm to feminization. prolactin seems to be in cis woman range, but also cis male since they overlap pretty heavily. shbg is high likely because of the overly high e, so it should sort itself out when i sort that out. albumin is pretty much dead center in the ideal range, which is fine since it deals with a lot of shit beyond just sex hormones. does anyone more knowledgeable than me have any comments and advice based on these numbers? does dropping my dose from 7.2 to 5.2 mg EV every 5 days in response sound good?
