what surgery can i get first with $40k (usd) from savings?

the only ones i want are ffs (orbitals + rhino + liplift) or clavicle shortening + scapula shave, MAYYYBE a boobjob but i want to do that after i get all of the above, so what can i afford first?

for reference i have a passing face im just doing it for pretty points, but my shoulders are kinda wide (14'' biacromial 16.5'' bideltoid & my height is 168 cm like 5'6 ft in burgers) but reducing it for like 4-5 cm should be ok
