I just keep a good diet (veggies, yogurt, psyllium husk, healthy food in general, which honestly you should do anyawy), go to the bathroom, clean before anybody comes over, and don't bottom if I've had alcohol. Have taken some massive dicks with no issue.

it’s surprising how easy it is to maintain a clean bottom just by having a vegetarian diet, psyllium husk, drink lots of water, and exercise and you’ll use the bathroom that how healthy humans are supposed to all while having a really clean bottom.

Literally just eat healthy and cut out gross foods/junk foods if you want that easy mode cleanliness, or stick having to douche yourself every time you want to get intimate.
