I struggle with my body a lot, but I am trying to not be as depressed about it and trying to be more kind to myself.

The more I look at my body, the more it looks to me like neither a woman’s nor man's really. It’s somewhere stuck in between with a feminine bias.

My shoulders are a little broader than I'd like. They are a little broad for a woman, but not broad like a man. I've got a decent waist, giving me an inverted triangle or slight hourglass shape. My hips are widest at the trochanter, just a little less than my shoulders. Unfortunately they aren’t very wide or round and neither is my chest full. They’re shapely and firm and perky, but rather small.

Is this attractive at all? Recently I have lost almost 10lbs, landing me at 148~149 at 5'8~9. So at least I am thin rather than overweight, that’s something right?

My head feels like it’s spinning lately and I don’t know what’s right. All I know is I need to be less depressed and sad and feel better about my body. I'm a woman after all, I just want to feel like one and be at least a little attractive. Picrel is my silhouette in form fitting clothes and flared jeans

Brainworms are never attractive, least of all measurements autism and looksmaxxing shit. You have all these other fairly small problems out of your control but you choose to make it worse. Nobody told you to give insecure male autism, you did that yourself
>>
>>43038192
being worried about your looks and how you are perceived and taking measurements is very typically feminine and done by women
>>
>>43038235
No it isn't and nobody expects you to realize the difference.
>>
>>43038240
Tell me you don’t interact with women ever without telling me you don’t interact with women ever
>>
>>43038172
Your silhouette isn't bad. You look like you have good shoulders.
>>
>>43038262
You really think so? I'm trying to tell myself they aren’t bad, my bf keeps saying the same, but they are always the first thing I notice when I look in the mirror. Maybe because my chest isn’t as well endowed too? My upper body feels more masculine than my lower body does to me, even though I do have small perky breasts
>>
>>43038313
Trust me, they're not that bad, but I understand. I'd kill for your shoulders tbhon, if that helps.

t. 18.5" bideltoidhon
>>
>>43038320
desu I don’t know anything about shoulder measurements but I think when my bf measured bone to bone (outer points) it was 16.5ish
>>
>>43038384
Like, the protrusions on the top or the from arm to arm when you're arms are at your sides?

Former is a very different measurement but the latter would put your bideltoid at maybe 17" at most.
>>
>>43038393
arm to arm basically. Like the widest points at my back/shoulders
>>
>>43038255
You can scream many times that it's feminine ackshully but it gives male incel
>>
>>43038428
Okay so yeah you have really good shoulders. Maybe it's the ratio of shoulders to ribs that bothers you or the angle or something, but in raw distance? Very good. Literally below the female average in the CAESAR data set for your height.
>>
>>43038503
I just measured it again and it’s 16 inch so yeah. Maybe it’s my hips comparatively?
>>
>>43039034
Your hips seem fine. They're not big but your SHR looks female.

I guess you can measure your shoulder circumference and hip circumference?
>>
>>43039130
I don’t have the shoulder circumference rn but according to my bf my shoulders are 15-16 inch bideltoid and my hip breadth would be 15 inch at lower mark (widest point / trochanter) and 12.6 at the higher mark (pelvis/iliac crest?)
>>
>>43039180
Oh wow you have really solid lower hips then. SHR is circumference / circumference.

I would guess then that your shoulder issues would have to do with angle or like boniness or relative size to your ribcage then, but you have a genuinely good silhouette.

I suppose my insecurities about small breasts and not having wide/round hips play into it. My dysphoria can get really bad at times
>>
>>43039280
How long have you been on HRT and when did you start? There's some ways to boost fat distribution and breast growth.
>>

Actually if you want I can invite you to a discord of people looking into ways to maximize fat distro and breast growth. Might find useful stuff there.
